Curriculum 2017
Based on the Outcome Based Curriculum, the 2017 PSA Unud curriculum has completeness in the form of program objectives, program outcomes, and course outcomes. Program objectives Curriculum 2017 is contained in the vision and mission of PSA Unud. Program outcomes are a mixture of various competencies that become references in the preparation of the 2017 Curriculum, while course outcomes are contained in the Curriculum Map and Course Syllabus.
The competency reference used in the preparation of the 2017 Curriculum uses references to the world of architectural education from APTARI and references from the world of architectural professional practice using IAI (national) and KAAB (international accreditation). In 2015, APTARI and IAI issued a draft for the Preparation of Educational Standards, Curriculum, and Learning Outcomes for Architect Professional Education. This standard in detail describes the level of learning achievement between the Bachelor of Architecture Program, the Professional Program of Architecture, and the Master's Program in Architecture. Thus, the preparation of the 2017 Curriculum also refers to these standards.
In addition to the references above, a set of regulations from the Government become a reference for formulating the 2017 Curriculum for the PSA Unud Undergraduate Program. Among them, Presidential Regulation Number 8 of 2012 concerning KKNI (Indonesian National Qualifications Framework for Higher Education); Permenristekdikti Number 44 of 2015 concerning SNPT (National Standards for Higher Education) which regulates the definition of the Higher Education Curriculum (KPT) based on learning outcomes. The two regulations determine the level of each level of education from Strata 1 to Strata 3. So, the preparation of the 2017 Curriculum for the PSA Unud Undergraduate Program follows the Higher Education Curriculum (KPT) structure with reference to the Indonesian National Qualifications Framework (KKNI).
