A Team of Students from Architecture Program, Faculty of Engineering, Udayana University Wins 1st Runner Up in Bogor City Gate Landscape Design Competition University General

On Monday, October 31 2022, a team of architecture students from Udayana University won 1^st runner up place in the Bogor City Gate Landscape Design Competition organized by the Bogor City Housing and Settlements Agency and funded from the Bogor City APBD for the 2022 Fiscal Year. This contest is a strategic step for the Office Housing and Settlements to capture a variety of innovative design works and have a strong character to serve as an icon for the entrance to the city of Bogor. This competition was divided into several stages, including: 1) Selection and administrative evaluation (21 September 2022 - 11 October 2022); 2) Judging stage 1 – Closed selection of the top 6 best competition designs (17-18 October 2022); 3) Voting for the community's favorite design from the 6 best designs via Instagram (19-24 October 2022); 4) Judging stage 2 – Presentation of the top 6 best contest designs to determine the winner (24 October 2022)

The architecture team of FT Udayana University "Wicwakarma" consists of two students class of 2017 and 2018, namely: Dewa Gede Satya Ranasika Kusuma (1705521067) and Philip Emmanuel Gunawan (1805521055). The Wicwakarma team with participant number SGB-054 presented a work entitled "Dwara Danandyaksa" and managed to get the fourth highest score from the jury consisting of representatives of academics, practitioners and bureaucrats. The Mayor of Bogor, Bima Arya Sugiarto, handed over the awards to all the winners, accompanied by a competition jury team at the Bogor City Hall.
